Cabinet Door Assembler

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Door Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling cabinet doors and components to meet Keystone’s quality standards. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in producing a quality finished product. In this position. This requires a skill set of someone who is diligent, quality oriented but who can also meet production numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble cabinet doors and wood components according to specifications
  • Ensure all parts are properly aligned, fitted, and secured
  • Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Follow work orders, and SOP’s carefully
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in woodworking, or door assembly, or manufacturing preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Ability to read and follow instructions and measurements accurately
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs. as needed
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
  • Willing to cross train into other roles as needed.
