E-CHECK

An E-Check, or “electronic check”, is a digital version of a traditional paper check. Keystone has partnered with United TranzActions (UTA) to provide this secure service. When you submit an E-Check to Keystone through the UTA online portal, money will electronically be withdrawn from your checking account and deposited into Keystone’s checking account. Funds are usually transferred from your bank within 1-3 days.

Make a Payment or Create an Account

ACH

With an ACH payment, you are electronically transferring money from your bank account to Keystone’s bank account through the Automated Clearing House network. Funds are usually transferred from your bank within 1-3 days.

  • ACH payments are typically free of service fees.
    (Please check with your bank for their policies regarding ACH payments and fees.)

Credit / Debit

Call customer service at 800.233.0289 to pay with a credit card. Discover, Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
Please note there is a 2.85% processing fee for credit cards.

Debit cards can also be used for payments.

Cash or Checks

Cash, check, certified check, or money orders are also accepted.

**Check Fraud Warning and Safety Steps**

Check Fraud is on the rise, particularly “check washing.” Thieves are snatching checks out of personal mailboxes (located outside of homes or businesses) and washing them in chemicals to remove the ink so they can change the recipients or amounts on the checks. Fraud experts are cautioning Americans to not send checks through the mail to prevent becoming a victim of fraud. However, if you must mail a check to us, shown below are safety steps you can take to help avoid becoming a victim of check fraud.

1. Send the check to our PO Box address instead of the physical address.

2. Always drop off your check INSIDE the Post Office – use the mail slots inside or give it to the Post Office staff at the counter.

  • DO NOT drop off the check at a blue mailbox outside of the Post Office or at any other outside mailbox locations.
  • DO NOT put the check inside a residential or business mailbox located outside.
