Customer Service Representative

Do you have experience in the cabinetry or cabinet components industry?  Then we have a career for you!

At Keystone, our Customer Service Representatives serve as the primary point of contact with our customers delivering the highest level of service and support throughout the entire production process.

This position is a good fit for someone who wants a challenging career with ongoing learning opportunities and enjoys helping customers succeed by using critical thinking and problem solving skills. You will work alongside our other Customer Service Representatives to gain the extensive knowledge needed to be able to answer questions about our products and process detailed quotes and sales orders. This position would also be a backup to the individual who is completing order entry administrative tasks.

Qualified candidates would be self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to multi-task and adapt to a quickly changing environment. Strong telephone, computer and math skills are required.

Previous experience in the wood industry is a plus, but not required.

This is a full-time position. Hours are Monday-Friday with the option of working
6 AM-3 PM, 7 AM-4 PM or 8 AM-5 PM.
