Open Louver doors are made with each louver individually secured using routed slots in the stiles.

Doors wider than 18″ require a center stile routed to fit the louver backs. (optional for small doors)

Minimum Size: 8″ x 12″

Louvers: 13/16″ vertical measurement of the angled louver.

Rail size: Varies to accommodate the number of louvers according to your door size.

Stiles: 2 3/8″

How To Customize a Door

Doors and Drawer Fronts finish at 0.780" thick
Our standard for 5/4 material finishes at 1.00"
Unless otherwise noted, standard rail/stile widths are as follows:

• Doors have 2 1/4" rails and stiles.
• Drawer fronts have 1 1/2" rails and 2 1/4” stiles.
