Cutlery Trays

Order Cutlery Trays from six standard configurations, depending on your drawer width, or from your own custom design. Each is crafted to fit properly in our dovetailed drawer boxes and are available finished or unfinished and in a wood species to match your drawer box order.

Standard trays are for a 21″ drawer depth (outside dimension), and are 2 1/4″ in height.

NOTE: The sizes below are for the interior width of the drawer box.

7 1/4”–10 1/2”

Tray 2

10 5/8”–13 7/8”

Tray 3

14”–18”

Tray 4

18 1/8”–20 1/2”

Tray 5

20 5/8”–26 3/4”

Tray 6

26 7/8”–31 1/8”

NOTE:

The standard inside depth of the horizontal openings is 3 1/2″ and cannot be less than 3”.

The minimum inside depth of the vertical openings is 11″.

For TRAY designs 2-6, if your drawer specs will not meet the minimum 11” required for the vertical openings, we will remove one or both of the horizontal openings and resize the design as needed.

DOUBLE CUTLERY TRAYS

Double Cutlery Trays are available for boxes as small as 4” high, fitting in a typical top drawer configuration.

The minimum drawer box height is 4″ for two 1 1/2” high cutlery trays.
Two 2 1/4″ cutlery trays require a 5 1/2″ or 6″ high box.
All Double Cutlery Tray assemblies use full-extension slides.

Variation Option: Order the bottom layer with a knife block insert.
