We’re seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to champion organizational culture for our team of 75 employees.  A strategic partner, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible to oversee and advance all human resources related functions including benefits administration, compensation, employee relations, payroll, compliance, recruitment, hiring, and onboarding.  Additionally, this role will provide overall leadership to the organization by serving as a member of the Keystone Leadership Team.  The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who combines a passion for building relationships and developing teams, with the ability to drive results.

We have an immediate opening for an Assistant Maintenance Mechanic to provide maintenance support to our wood components manufacturing operations. This position will report to our Maintenance Mechanic, and under his supervision, will perform a variety of routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance procedures in all areas of our manufacturing operations.

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Wood Components Finisher. This position is for someone with previous work experience applying paints, stains or glazes to wood products such as cabinet doors, drawers, moulding and other wood components. This is a full-time, day-shift position. Monday-Friday.

WOOD SPECIES GRADER/SAW OPERATOR

We have an immediate opening in our rough mill for a Wood Species Grader/Saw Operator. This position is responsible for grading and selecting wood species to meet quality specifications and customer order requirements, and cutting the wood species into panel stock and drawer box materials needed in our manufacturing process.

Drawer Box Builder

We are hiring for a Drawer Box Builder to build our custom-ordered Premium and Bee-Line dovetailed drawer boxes. In this position, you’ll be working on a variety of standard and specialty drawer box designs. The Drawer Box Builder will review customer order sheets and due dates to start the assembly process. Responsibilities include working with internal departments to request the drawer box materials needed, separating that material by wood species and size, cutting the drawer box parts, dovetailing the drawer sides and assembling the parts into a completed drawer box. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate paperwork and daily production sheets.

Production Positions

Whether you have years of experience in woodworking, or no experience but a great work ethic, we have a job for you! We have openings for people who can manufacture wood components such as drawer boxes, face frames and cabinet doors (including multi-lite doors), as well as set up and operate production machinery.
