Keystone’s Flexible Laminate Veneer is a textured PVC (vinyl) material. The door frame, moulding, and 1/4” panel material is composed of an MDF core and is wrapped in a thinner version of this textured vinyl by means of a polyurethane reactive adhesive (PUR). During the wrapping process, the PUR adhesive is heated to melting point and the vinyl is then applied with pressure to the substrate. Our 3/4” material used for slab doors and drawer fronts is a particle board core with this same textured vinyl applied. Recommended cleaning: use a cloth dampened with a gentle soap and water solution, being careful not to soak or let standing water on the material.
