We are seeking an experienced and skilled Woodworker to join our custom cabinetry component manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and cabinetmaking with the ability to interpret drawings and material sheets to execute projects with precision. The Woodworker will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality craftsmanship that adheres to our quality standards and our customers specifications. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the woodworking/cabinetmaking industry is required.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ability to cut, shape and build specialty cabinet doors and door components that meet quality specifications.
  • Knowledge and experience using woodworking equipment such as Upcut Saw, Miter Saws and Routers.
  • Ability to make and assemble, mullion and quarter circle doors.
  • Must be driven to meet order deadlines while producing a quality product.
  • Ability to work in multiple positions as needed to keep production moving according to schedule.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ability to train and mentor others.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Competitive pay rate based on the knowledge this candidate brings to this position.

This is a full-time, day-shift position. Monday-Friday. 6 AM – 2:30 PM with overtime as required.
