S90 Saw Operator

We are seeking a skilled S90 Saw Operator for our custom wood component manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the various species of wood as well as have good math skills. This job is fast paced and requires the individual to pay close attention to detail. The person in this position will also rotate to a ‘Specialist position’ where they will fabricate multi-lite quarter cabinet doors and half-circle cabinet doors as well as various other specialty cabinet doors to meet customer specifications.

Expertise in precision measuring and prior cabinet door manufacturing will be crucial in ensuring the quality of our products. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Operate saws and various other wood working equipment.
  • Use precision measuring instruments to verify the accuracy of parts and doors.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Experience using an S90 Optimizing Saw
  • Proven expertise in woodworking equipment.
  • Knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively read production paperwork and orders accurately.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and meet production targets.
  • Woodworking: 1 year (Preferred)
  • S90 Optimizing Saw: 1 year (Preferred)

This is a full-time, day-shift position. Monday-Friday.
