Moulder Operator

We have an immediate opening for an P700 Moulder Operator for our custom wood component manufacturing company. Applicants should have prior moulder experience and knowledge of different wood species.

Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Moulder experience and an understanding of how to avoid size issues, tear outs, nips and damage to tooling,
  • How to set up and run standard stock, understanding head profiles and checking for accuracy. Understanding tolerances, how to sharpen heads and settings.
  • Knowledge of grinder use and familiar with orientation and speeds to grind angles etc., and more.
  • Knowledge of various species of wood.

This is a full-time, day-shift position. Monday-Friday.
